11.1 Commercial General Liability <br /> Hauler shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance protecting it from claims for <br /> damages for bodily injury, including sickness or disease, death, and for care and loss of <br /> services as well as from claims for property damage, including loss of use which may arise <br /> from operations under the Contract whether the operations are by Hauler or by a subcontractor <br /> or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Hauler under the Contract. Insurance <br /> minimum limits are as follows: <br /> • Per occurrence:$2,000,000; <br /> • Annual aggregate:$4,000,000;and <br /> • Annual aggregate—Products/Completed Operations:$2,000,000. <br /> The following coverage shall be included: <br /> • Premises and Operations Bodily Injury and Property Damage; <br /> • Personal and Advertising Injury; <br /> • Blanket Contractual Liability;and <br /> • Products and Completed Operations Liability. <br /> 11.2 Business Automotive Liability <br /> Hauler shall maintain insurance protecting it from claims for damages for bodily injury as well <br /> as from claims for property damage resulting from the ownership,operation,maintenance,or <br /> use of Collection Vehicles or any other automobile vehicles which may arise from operations <br /> under this Contract, and in case any work is subcontracted Hauler will require the <br /> subcontractor to maintain Commercial Automobile Liability insurance. Insurance minimum <br /> limits are as follows: Per occurrence Combined Single limit for Bodily Injury and Property <br /> Damage$2,000,000.Coverage should include:Owned,Hired,and Non-owned Automobile. <br /> 11.3 Workers Compensation <br /> Hauler shall provide Workers' Compensation insurance, as required by Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Section 176.181 for all its employees.If any work is subcontracted,Hauler shall require each <br /> Subcontractor(s) to provide Workers' Compensation insurance in accordance with the <br /> statutory requirements,including Coverage B,Employer's Liability. <br /> The Contractor shall also provide Employer's Liability Insurance with minimum limits as <br /> follows: <br /> • $500,000—Bodily Injury by Disease per employee; <br /> • $500,000—Bodily Injury by Disease aggregate;and <br /> A-29 <br /> MU210\313\963095.v4 <br />
