Copies of the purported bid bond <br />and the accompanying Power of Attorney form are enclosed for your reference. <br />As we discussed on the telephone yesterday, Western Surety Company has no record of issuing <br />such a !illi Bond for Olympic Construction Services, Inc., nor have we received any premium for <br />such a bond. Since this purported bond does not represent legitimate coverage written by <br />Western '7urk�ty Company, this Company bas no liability associated with it. As I mentioned, <br />there area number at it egularitics in this puiliorted bond (bond number does not match our <br />system, Power of Attorney does not list the individual signing the bond, signatures on the Power <br />of Attorticy do not appear to be genuine, etc.). <br />Icy the event you obtain further information as to the source of this purported bond, please <br />iirniiediatcly advise us in writing.
