RESOLUTION 6774 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING DALE AUKEE AND THAI VANG TO THE PAR&S ARD <br />NECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION AND APPOINTING A <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks and Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission consists of members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of <br />the majority of the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is currently two vacant seats to fill; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received only two applications for the two <br />vacant seats; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission <br />made a motion recommending Dale Aukee's re -appointment to the Parks and <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission, and Thai Vang's appointment to the Parks <br />and Recreation and Forestry Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission <br />made a motion recommending the re -appointment of John Kroeger as <br />Chairperson to the Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The Mayor and the City Council do hereby approve the following Mounds <br />View residents to serve on the Parks and Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission: <br />Name <br />Dale Aukee <br />Thai Vang <br />Term Expiration <br />December 31, 2008 <br />December 31, 2008 <br />2.
