This ceremony will be held at 1:00 p,m, on Saturday, March 10tH <br />With the sale of the Mounds View Golf Course, the City seized the opportunity to utilize the former Golf <br />Course Clubhouse by relocating it to Random Park and replacing the pre-existing building. This project <br />also included the redesign of the park land adjacent to the building and development of a new parking lot. <br />The Random Park Building makes an excellent meeting and gathering space and is commonly used by <br />families and civic groups. <br />Groveland Park Building <br />The second ceremony will be for the dedication of the Groveland Park Building located at 2815 Arden <br />Avenue. This ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10tH <br />The Groveland Park Building was recently replaced. This building serves as a skating rink warming house <br />during the winter months and is available to the public during the remainder of the year. The new building <br />boasts a kitchenette / food preparation area, making this building ideal for family gatherings and social <br />events. <br />Both the Random and Groveland Park buildings, along with other City Park buildings, are available to the <br />general public.
