My thought over the weekend was the additional foot traffic in will reduce <br />some of the "undesireable behavior" occuring in the area with our fine <br />upstanding mounds view youth. <br />So yes this letter also reflects the idea of encouraging positive behavior <br />and discourageing negative behavior.
