<br /> <br />2005 MOUNDS VIEW CITIZENSHIP AWARD <br /> <br />Presented to <br /> <br />Frank Silvis <br /> <br />In recognition of your many years of community participation and dedication to service with the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Whereas, Mr. Frank Silvis, as a citizen of Mounds View, has exemplified the courage and determination to follow his values, and <br />Whereas, he has demonstrated drive and initiative in his approach to citizenship and has worked steadfastly with various community groups and organizations, and <br />Whereas, he has volunteered a significant amount of time and energy to further community causes and issues, and <br />Whereas, his efforts have generated positive results for the community, and <br />Whereas, he has contributed his efforts unselfishly, not expecting anything in return. <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that the City Council, does hereby present the 2005 Mounds View Citizenship Award to Mr. Frank Silvis, in sincere gratitude and appreciation for efforts <br /> as Mounds View citizen. <br /> <br /> <br />Presented by the <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />April 29, 2006
