This estimate was based on the cost estimate developed for the Sysco Outlet A Property which included a six stall parking lot and <br /> a somewhat lengthy two-way driveway lane to the parking lot ($31,300 from January 2006 feasibility report). The cost estimate was also based on the cost estimate for the proposed Hillview <br /> Park parking lot ($28,700 for fourteen stalls accessed directly off of Hillview Road and concrete sidewalk). <br />Kit: per cut lumber and instructions $500 for 15 to 20 foot span. Labor and equipment not included <br />9 and 18 hole courses will require a 30' span bridge <br />Foot bridges will not be ADA compliant <br />Culverts not being considered as per this scenario due to Watershed Related Issues <br />Hydrology Calculations & Review $400 per culvert <br />Hydrologic modeling may be required by the Rice Creek Watershed District $2,700 per culvert <br />Installation , Restoration, Erosion control, permits $2,700 to $3,350 per culvert <br />Total Culvert Cost Range: $3,100 to $6,400 per culvert <br />Clearing and grubbing will be done by volunteers. City crews and equipment will assist.
