RESOLUTION NO. 9970 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF JOE KEDING FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS- <br /> WASTEWATER SUBDIVISION TO THE DRINKING WATER SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, a vacancy was created from a resignation within the Public Works Drinking <br /> Water Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff posted the internal Drinking Water Subdivision position for Bargaining <br /> Unit candidates August 141" —August 201" and one application was received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Joe Keding was selected for the internal transfer from within the Utilities <br /> Division of the Wastewater Subdivision to the Drinking Water Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff and the HR Committee support the selection of Mr. Keding transferring <br /> to the Drinking Water Subdivision, with a start date of August 26, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Keding is willing to take on the role of mentor/trainer to the members <br /> within the Wastewater Subdivision, a step increase from Step 7 to Step 8 ($37.11/hour) is <br /> requested.
