Resolution 9974 Continued <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The City hereby approves the Change Order from Milbank Winwater Works <br /> Company, St. Louis Park, MN to continue to replace water meters in the City <br /> of Mounds View at original contracted price of$81.18/each. <br /> 2. Continue to replace inoperable private residential water meter valves as <br /> needed per the contract price of $185.00/each. <br /> 3. Funding will be from the Drinking Water Fund, 700-4823-7030. <br /> 4. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br /> this resolution. <br /> 5.
