Park buildings must be left in same condition they were rented in. Garbage MUST be placed in the appropriate containers. Staking anything into the park grounds is prohibited. All tents and bounce houses must have prior approval to be set up at each park. No alcohol is allowed in City of Mounds View parks. Keys can be checked out at the Mounds View Community Center. Keys may only be checked out for 24 hours at a time (Exception on Sundays during summer). Failure to return key on time will result in a fee of$25, increased daily, up to $100. $200 damage deposit is required at time of key pick up with credit card or check. Red liquids are NOT permitted in park buildings. Renter will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred. If rental is on a Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day park building keys must be picked up on Saturday during business hours and can be returned on Monday. If your reservation exceeds the park facility capacity or a 10 garbage bag limit you will be charged an additional $100. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19 which has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. The City of Mounds View cannot guarantee that you and/or your guests will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, entry into the premises of a City of Mounds View facility and any activities performed thereon could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering the premises of the City of Mounds View facility for your personal benefit, and the value of such benefit is sufficient consideration of your voluntary execution of this agreement. You further acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself and your guests including, but not limited to; personal injury, disability, illness, or death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your presence at a City of Mounds View facility. You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the City of Mounds View, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the City of Mounds View, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after your use of the site. You acknowledge and voluntarily agree to follow current Department of Health Guidelines. Failure to follow the set guidelines will result in your permit being cancelled, prohibiting of future rentals and damage deposit charged. If we need to cancel your event or rental due to an edict from the state, city or county related to a contagious illness, we will refund your money in full or aid you in choosing another date for your event or rental. In the event of a cancellation, notice must be given a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the rental date. The City 1
