The 100% top patrol rate is now <br /> $47.60. Our recently promoted Sergeant, Sergeant Sydney Dison, earns $47.40, which is below <br /> the 100% top patrol rate. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Sergeant Dison is scheduled to receive a six-month wage increase effective October 22, 2024. <br /> However, due to the wage difference, staff is requesting to increase Sergeant Dison's wage from <br /> Step 2 to Step 3 retroactive to September 1, 2024. Sergeant Dison would remain on schedule to <br /> receive her Step 4 increase on October 22, 2025, and Step 5 October 22, 2026.
