<br />City Of Mounds View • 14 <br />Solid Waste and Recycling Standards <br /> <br />DOCSOPEN\MU210\313\990920.v5-11/21/24 <br />(2) Auto liability in the following amounts: <br />(a) Property damage or combined single limit, $500,000 <br />(b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $5,000,000 <br />(3) Workers Compensation Insurance as specified by the Minnesota Department of <br />Occupational Health and Safety and federal law. <br /> <br />B. Roll Off Vehicles <br /> <br />(1) General liability in the following amounts: <br /> (a) Property damage or combined single limit, $250,000 <br /> (b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $2,000,000 <br />(2) Auto liability in the following amounts: <br />(a) Property damage or combined single limit, $250,000.00. <br />(b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br />i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br />ii) Per occurrence, $2,000,000 <br />(3) Workers Compensation Insurance as specified by the Minnesota Department of <br />Occupational Health and Safety and federal law. <br /> <br />11.5 All licensees shall report to the City the amount of garbage, recyclable materials, bulky <br />waste and yard waste collected. This shall be done monthly on a form provided by the <br />City (Appendix B) and shall be accompanied by copies of all weight tickets for garbage, <br />recyclable materials, bulky waste and yard waste collected in the City and processed or <br />disposed of. <br /> <br />11.6 All licensees that haul recyclables shall report to the City those residential customers <br />that do not participate, at least quarterly, in the recycling program. This shall be done <br />monthly for the previous three months on a form provided by the City. <br />
