(2) Auto liability in the following amounts: <br /> (a) Property damage or combined single limit, $250,000.00. <br /> (b) Bodily injury in the following amounts: <br /> i) Per person, $1,000,000 <br /> ii) Per occurrence, $2,000,000 <br /> (3) Workers Compensation Insurance as specified by the Minnesota Department of <br /> Occupational Health and Safety and federal law. <br /> 11.5 All licensees shall report to the City the amount of garbage, recyclable materials, <br /> bulky waste and yard waste collected. This shall be done monthly on a form provided <br /> by the City(Appendix B) and shall be accompanied by copies of all weight tickets for <br /> garbage, recyclable materials, bulky waste and yard waste collected in the City and <br /> processed or disposed of. <br /> 11.6 All licensees that haul recyclables shall report to the City those residential customers <br /> that do not participate, at least quarterly, in the recycling program.
