He reported the Council was <br />being asked to review and make a recommendation on the two year agreement. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark stated she was curious to see what the rates would be if the City put this <br />contract out for an RFP. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn supported the City sticking with a known entity, such as Kennedy & <br />Graven because the City has a good working relationship with this entity and they have tremendous <br />knowledge of the City. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Cermak. To accept the two year agreement from Kennedy & Graven <br />with the proposed rate increase. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause indicated he concurred with Council Member Gunn’s comments <br />noting Kennedy & Graven had a host of staff members that were experts in their field. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />C.
