MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />13 <br />14 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />15 <br />16 3. OATH OF OFFICE: Mayor Lindstrom, Council Member Meehlhause and Council <br />17 Member Smith <br />18 <br />19 City Administrator Zikmund administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Zach Lindstrom, Council <br />20 Member Gary Meehlhause and Council Member Kathryn Smith. A round of applause was offered <br />21 by all in attendance. <br />22 <br />23 4. ROLL CALL: Clark, Gunn, Lindstrom, Meehlhause and Smith <br />24 <br />25 NOT PRESENT: None. <br />26 <br />27 5. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />28 A. Resolution 10029, Designating Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official Newspaper <br />29 and Depositories for 2025. <br />30 <br />31 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council select an Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official <br />32 Newspaper and Depositories for 2025. <br />33 <br />34 Council Member Meehlhause stated the Pioneer Press was selected as the City's official newspaper <br />35 last year because it was a daily newspaper. <br />36 <br />37 Council Member Gunn supported this recommendation and suggested the Press Publications be <br />38 selected as the secondary newspaper. The Council was in agreement. <br />39 <br />40 Council Member Meehlhause explained he was willing to continue serving as the Acting Mayor. <br />41 <br />42 City Administrator Zikmund suggested Village Bank be added as the City's secondary depository. <br />43 The Council supported this recommendation. <br />44 <br />45 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Clark. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10029, <br />46 Designating Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official Newspaper and Depositories for 2025 as discussed. <br />
