Mr. Schoeman has been employed by the City for 4 years (May <br />26, 2020). Attached is Resolution 10037, which authorizes separation compensation to Mr. Schoeman <br />in accordance with the City's Personnel Manual. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br />will receive a lump -sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time.
