Before speaking, <br />please give your name and address for the minutes. Also, please limit your <br />comments to three minutes. As a reminder, public comment is for addressing <br />the Council only. Comments or concerns regarding Staff must be submitted <br />in writing to the Mayor or City Administrator. Failure to respect these <br />guidelines will result in me asking you to cease commenting and asking you <br />to return to your seat. That said, is there anyone here for public comment? <br />
