Council approved an Apprentice position where a <br />seasonal employee was hired to work towards the Wastewater Subdivision position. However, <br />there are two openings within the division. Staff is requesting to revise the job description and <br />repost the position externally. This does not conflict with the Labor Agreement as there are no <br />interested employees for the position.
