Item No: 08B <br />Meeting Date: January 27, 2025 <br />MOUTP_�MtS_ <br />�Type ofBusiness: Council Business <br />City Administrator Review: <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and View City Council <br />From: Phil Carlson, AICP, Stantec, City Planner <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 10044 Approving a Separate Driveway for <br />Lot 3 Block 1 Long Lake Cove at 2557 County Road I <br />Introduction: <br />The Long Lake Cove plat at Long Lake Road and <br />County Road I was platted as a three -lot residential <br />plat in 2023, conditioned on two of the three lots <br />sharing a driveway onto County Road I — the <br />existing driveway for the existing house at 7700 <br />Long Lake Road and the new Lot 3 to the west, <br />2557 County Road I. <br />Discussion: <br />Since that approval, the developer has gotten <br />approval for a new third driveway to serve Lot 3, <br />which would cross the St. Paul Regional Water <br />Services (SPRWS) easement and Ramsey County <br />right-of-way.
