VCET continued to make major narcotics arrests (to include <br />federal charges) despite COVID19 slowdowns and civil <br />unrest <br />2. TZD grant officer continues to address intoxicated drivers and traffic <br />issues <br />3. Increased traffic enforcement to highest level in four years
