RESOLUTION NO. 9431 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW LIQUOR LICENSES <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View's liquor licenses expire June 30, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees from <br />those businesses shown in Exhibit A (attached); and <br />WHEREAS, all businesses shown in Exhibit A appear to meet the provisions of <br />Chapter 502 of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor" or Chapter <br />503 entitled, "3.2 Percent Malt Liquor". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve Liquor License renewals for all businesses shown in Exhibit A pending a <br />satisfactory inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Inspector and all delinquent <br />utility bills being paid; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licenses will be valid from July 1, 2021 to <br />June 30, 2022. <br />Adopted this 14t" day of June, 2021. <br />Carol A.
