2.0 PHYSICAL SETTING <br />2.1 LOCATION AND HISTORY <br />Mounds View is an established residential community of small town charm and friendly folks, located <br />primarily in northwestern Ramsey County. The City is mostly developed, and there have not been <br />significant changes to land use or zoning in the last decade. Relatively small residential developments <br />have been constructed along Highway 10, and more are planned. These residential developments are <br />located in areas that are already urbanized. The City is <br />fully urbanized with a diverse residential population and a variety of commercial and industrial <br />development.
