Receipt is herehv acknowledge of 46ES NOT APPLY as payment for cubic yards of sang, grave! <br />Or rock and cut,ir, ytitk Of muck anJ paiE, .,::stimaTed amount of material to be removed nureur.,:_ <br />computed at the rate of ten cents per cubic yard for sand and gravel and two cents per cubic yard for muck and silt. <br />Permittee agrees by acceptance of this permit as shown by commencement of work authorized hereunder to nay, by certified check, bank or <br />postal money order, made payable to the State Treasurer and delivered to the Director, Division of Waters. Soils and Minerals, Department of <br />Natural Resources, Centennial Office Building, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101, for any material removed from the bed of puhlic raters in excess of <br />that so estimated, at the above rate within thrity days after completion of the +work authorized hereunder. <br />VIII. <br />Final alignment of outlet structure <br />Moundsviewrs letter dated February <br />by the Regional Hydrologist. <br />shall be as requested in the City of <br />20, 1981, subject to final approval <br />IX. Where seed'is used, clean <br />hay or straw mulch should be applied at the rate of 2500 to 3500 lbs/acre. <br />Mulch should be anchored with netting material or by driving over it with <br />a straight set blunt disk. <br />X. This permit does not authorize the creation of a swimming beach at the <br />northwest corner of this wetland.
