3. Flood - Routing <br />Calculations are enclosed for developing a unit and inflow hydro - <br />for the storage area and for routing the inflow hydrograph through the <br />Scottland Green Pond. Methods used were the "Denver Method" for the <br />unit hydrograph and the SCS Type I storm rainfall distribution. <br />The calculations indicate that the outlet structure will restrict <br />flows for the 100 year event to approximately 15 cfs and that water will <br />rise to approximately 845.7. <br />4. Debris Skimmer Structure and Erosion Control <br />The plans show a single plank debris skimmer to be placed upstream <br />from the concrete outlet structure. This skimmer will limit floatables <br />from leaving the ponding area during low or moderate rainfalls. <br />
