Planning Commission
MEMO
to: Mounds View Planning Commission
from: Jim Ericson, Community Development Director
re: County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program Presentation
date: September 2, 2005
The consultant working on the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program (Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik and Associates) is making a presentation to the Mounds View City
Council at their worksession on Tuesday, September 6, 2005. The presentation will bring
the Council up to date on the work that has been accomplished to date, much of which has
been reviewed by the Design Theme Subcommittee and Project Management Team.
Because many of you have expressed an interest in this project, you are all invited to
attend the worksession meeting.
Attached please find Greg Lee's summary report on the item along with some black &
white design sheets illustrating various ideas and concepts for the corridor. I will bring the
color versions to the Commission meeting, if anyone would like to view them.)
If you should have any questions before the worksession meeting, please feel free to call
me (763-717-4021) or Public Works Director Greg Lee at 763-717-4051.
