(Resolution 1135-21). <br />Among the discussion topics, included shared parking between the Theater and Bridges school, <br />and if Caribou Cabin would detract from this, competition with the existing Caribou Coffee shop; <br />internal access and pinch -points near the east right-in/right-out; if additional outdoor seating is <br />needed, and tree preservation. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff requests that the City Council Open & Close the Public Hearing, discuss the project, and <br />Table the request, to allow Staff time to review the revised Preliminary Plat. If the Council has <br />no additional requirements, Staff will likely add this Resolution as a Consent Item at the July 26t" <br />Council meeting.
