A minimum <br />of 97 total parking stalls shall be provided on the office sites. If the office <br />buildings are constructed in advance of the theater use, parking at a ratio of i <br />space per 250 square feet shall be provided. <br />(5) The number of parking spaces required for the restaurant and retail sites <br />shall be based on the approved developmnent stage plan and the exact use <br />determined at the time of building permit review, based on ordinance <br />requirements. Restaurant and retail uses shall be self-sufficient and shall not <br />require use of theater parking. <br />6. Review and Construction Process <br />■ General Concept Plan <br />The approved general concept plan shall be as approved by <br />Resolution No. 5119 including stipulations found in Exhibit 1 of <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 5I7-98/471-97 <br />EXHIBIT 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 544-98 <br />APPROVED BY THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION ON 4/15/98 <br />
