Consult with City staff regarding proposed Charter language. <br />Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-35: Mounds View Communi , Center. Consult with City staff regarding lease and signage. <br />Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-54: Code Updates/Revisions. Consult with City staff regarding matter. Review various <br />documents and consult with City staff regarding same. Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-262: Greenwood Drive Infill Development. Draft development agreement and forward to City <br />staff. Consult with City staff and developer regarding matter -- various. Work on right- <br />of-way acquisition. Various meetings and calls with City staff, Developer and <br />Developer's attorney. Offer letter and related documents have been transmitted to a <br />property owner, but not accepted. Follow-up regarding receipt of appraisal. Follow-up <br />regarding settlement negotiations. Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-263: LGU/RCWD Matter. Review City correspondence regarding matter. Draft and revise <br />ordinance and resolution regarding LGU and forward to City staff. Consult with City <br />staff regarding review and revision of draft MOU for LGU. Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-275: Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation. Consult with City staff regarding contract <br />fulfillment issues. Draft notice of delay letter to contractor. Tolling Agreement has been <br />signed by City and contractor. Communications with contractor regarding matter. <br />Review front-end documents for second phase and provide comments to City staff. <br />Review amendment no. 2 to owner -engineer agreement.
