Monday, July 12, 2021, City Council Agenda. <br />Mayor Mueller requested Item 5D be added to the Consent Agenda for Resolution 9444, <br />Approving the 2021 Festival in the Park Agreement. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Approve the Monday, July 12, 2021, agenda as amended. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Minutes: June 28, 2021. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />C. Resolution 9442, Approving Charitable Gambling Permit for the Mounds <br />View Police Foundation to Conduct Excluded Bingo at the 2021 Mounds View <br />Festival in the Park. <br />D. She stated she had no <br />problems with her buildings prior to last September. She stated the City had revoked her rental
