ORDINANCE 977 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE XV, CHAPTER 160, <br />SECTION 160.198 AND 160.218 RELATED TO DRIVE-THRU BUSINESSES <br />The City of Mounds View Ordains: <br />ARTICLE I. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XV, Chapter 160, <br />Section 160.198 by adding the underlined material and deleting the str-ieke material as follows: <br />160.198 CONDITIONAL USES. <br />The following are conditional uses in a B-3 District (requiring a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §§ 160.450 through 160.452 of this chapter): <br />A) Drive in and nnnyenionne food establishments Drive-Thru Business; provided that: <br />1) The Drovisions of & 160.450(E) of this chapter are considered and satisfactorily met.
