Mounds View City Council June 12, 1989 <br />Regular Meeting Page Fourteen <br />Motion/Second: Quick./Paone that the on-sale and <br />Sunday sales. intoxicating liquor license be renewed <br />for Robext's Off 10, conditioned upon payment of <br />past due utility billings and receipt of a cer- <br />tificate of insurance, and upon receipt of proof <br />that Robert Waste's interest be placed with another <br />individual, with notification to the City by <br />June 30, 1989. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Mr. Linke stated he did not feel it was fair to <br />allow only two weeks for Mr. Waste to accomplish that <br />and suggested additional time conditionally be given. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied the license <br />expires July 1, and Mr. Waste has known the require- <br />ments for a very long time. <br />Attorney Karney added the City would be in deep <br />trouble to allow a license to be renewed conditionally. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the next public hearing at 10:17 PM. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the applicant <br />complied with. all code and statutory requirements, <br />and Staff recommends renewal of the license. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 1Q:18 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Wuori to renew the on-sale <br />intoxicating liquor license and authorization for <br />Sunday sales for.
