She stated that the Council has had <br />many meetings on this issue and taken extensive input. <br />Mr. McCarty stated he was waiting for a ruling .from the City <br />Attorney, as he feels the Council cannot stops input from people. <br />Mayor Hankner explained the Council has been criti- <br />cized for taking too much input, or not enough, and <br />it is time for the Council to get on and make a <br />decision. She reviewed the history and time table <br />of what has happened in recent months.
