Mounds View City Council December 26, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Mr. Minetor reported a revised billing had been 11. Report of <br />received from Attorney Karney for October. The Staff Members <br />billing has been reviewed by the Finance Director, <br />who recommends approval of it. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to approve the. <br />revised October billing from Mark Karney. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Jerry Linke stated it appeared the billing concerned <br />the attorney used in the Don Pauley termination issue, <br />and he does not feel it is a legal payment and he <br />feels the bill should not be paid. <br />Mr. Minetor reported the Council had received a <br />conflict of interest statement, relative to 1990, which <br />needs to be signed and returned. <br />Mr. Minetor reported there had been a water main break, <br />which was repaird earlier in the day. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Attorney Meyers commended Peter Sabee, Ric Minetor, 12. Report of <br />the Council members involved and members of the Attorney <br />community for their input and work on the wetlands <br />zoning ordinance. He stated he feels all concerns <br />have been answered, and the City has a good, workable <br />ordinance. <br />Councilmember Paone had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Mayor Hankner thanked staff for the working relation- <br />ship she has had with them for the past eight years. <br />There being no further business before the Council, <br />Mayor Hankner adjourned the meeting at 7:49 PM. <br />`I <br />13.
