Reports of <br />Councilmembers: <br />Councilmember <br />Blanchard <br />Councilmember Paone had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Mayor Hankner reported she and Clerk/Administrator <br />Pauley had attended the reliever airport study <br />meeting last ..week. A draft is available of what <br />has been looked at so far, which the Council should <br />review. <br />Clerk/Administrator .Pauley stated he would be pro- <br />viding the Council with a summary. The City must <br />respond by next Tuesday, so he'll take input from <br />the Council at their agenda session next Monday. <br />• Mayor Hankner reminded everyone of the joint meet- <br />ing with the School Board on February 22. She also <br />advised that Channel 6 on cable tv will be broad <br />casing Minnesota Senate activities. <br />Mayor Hankner reported she had received a letter <br />from the president of Lakewood Community College, <br />asking if the City would like to participate in <br />earth week activities in April. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley suggested this be <br />referred to the Environmental Quality Task Force. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reminded everyone of the <br />meeting scheduled for 5 PM on February 13 with <br />refuse haulers, and 5 PM on Februry 15 with MnDOT. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported a user fee study <br />will be done, to determine whether user fees in the <br />City are consistent with expenses. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley advised the Comp Plan <br />update will meet the deadline. Overtime by Staff <br />will be involved to do so. <br />Councilmember <br />Paone <br />Councilmember <br />Wuori <br />Councilmember <br />Quick <br />Mayor Hankner <br />19.
