'Mounds View City Council February 12, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />• Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to direct Staff to place <br />this item on the February 26 agenda, for action on <br />the 1990 utility budgets and rates. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mr. Minetor explained the City needs to move ahead on <br />one item at this time in the water budget, which is <br />inspection, repair and painting of water tower #2. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to accept the proposal <br />from Short, Elliott, Hendrickson to provide inspec- <br />tion, recommendations and specifications for repairs <br />and painting of water tower #2, and authorize the <br />Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley advised this ordinance <br />relates to Mounds View Business Park east only. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to have the second <br />reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 484, amending <br />• the municipal code of Mounds View by amending <br />Chapter 41 entitled, "Specific Rezonings°', and waive <br />the reading. <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Mayor Hankner <br />Blanchard - aye <br />Paone - aye <br />Wuori - aye <br />Quick - aye <br />- aye <br />Motion Carried <br />11.
