unds View City Council January 28, 1991 <br />~gular Meeting Page Six <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />that there had not been enough time <br />elapsed between the second reading and that <br />it would have to be rescheduled. <br />Duane McCarty, 8060 Long Lake Road, stated <br />he served on the Wetlands Ordinance <br />Committee. <br />Mr. McCarty congratulated Mounds View <br />for appearing in the Metro News Report <br />under DNR news regarding the wetland <br />ordinance. <br />Mr. McCarty brought up the subject of <br />"No Net Loss" with regards to wetlands. <br />He felt it would be something that should <br />be looked into. <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator Minetor stated <br />that at this time there is no agreement <br />in the State Legislature as to what the <br />rms of "No Net Loss" would be. There is no <br />ear definition. Mr. Minetor stated that <br />the ordinance had been researched and <br />reviewed by the City's Environmental <br />Quality Task Force.
