unds View City Council <br />~gular Meeting <br />Page Four <br />June 24, 1991 <br />Mayor Linke informed Mr. Michna that the Fire Department enforces the Fire <br />Code. Mr. Michna stated that when he calls the Fire Department, they <br />advise him to call 911. When he calls 911, they send the Police Department <br />because they are closer to the area and can respond faster. <br />Mr. Michna stated that there had been few problems regarding Robert's Off <br />10 and he doesn't want them to get out of hand. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing for Robert's Off 10 at 7:22 p.m. and <br />opened the public hearing for the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />Renewal for Donatelle's Supper Club at 7:23 p.m. <br />Mr. Ed Donatelle, 2400 Highway 10, asked about the intoxicating on-sale <br />liquor license renewal fees. <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, explained the details surrounding the <br />fees and how through past transposition errors, the fees were incorrect. <br />Staff discovered these errors while calculating renewal fees for this <br />licensing period. Fees are now correct and in accordance with the square <br />footage of each building. <br />Donatelle stated that if the fees were too high he may have to become a <br />~verage/alcohol establishment rather than a primary food establishment. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing for Donatelle's Supper Club at 7:27 <br />p.m. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for Mermaid Lounge at 7:27 p.m. <br />There were no comments regarding this license, therefore, Mayor Linke <br />closed this public hearing at 7:27 p.m. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for B and R Liquor at 7:28 p.m. <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, stated that Mr. Waste had withdrawn <br />his application for renewal for B and R Liquor. Mayor Linke closed the <br />public hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for Budget Liquor at 7:28 p.m. <br />Hearing no comments, Mayor Linke closed this public hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for Bel-Rae Ballroom at 7:29 p.m. <br />Hearing no comments, Mayor Linke closed this public hearing at 7:29 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Mayor Linke asked the Council if there were any items that should be taken <br />off of the Consent Agenda. Councilmember Rickaby stated she would like to <br />~ve Items 2, 3, and 4 removed for discussion later. <br />
