Consideration of Cable Commission's Cable TV Guidelines <br />City Administrator Orduno reviewed the Cable Commission's <br />request for formal acceptance of the Cable TV guidelines. <br />Mayor Linke stated that he felt the Commission did a great <br />job on preparation of these guidelines. Mayor Linke stated <br />that a copy of these guidelines should be kept in City Hall <br />for public review. <br />MOTION/SECOND_ Wuori/Quick to formally accept Cable Commission's <br />cable TV guidelines. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />2. Consideration of Resolution No. 4079 Minor Subdivision <br />for 8300 Groveland Road. <br />Planning Technician Harrington reviewed Resolution No. 4079 <br />approving the minor subdivision request by the estate of Arlien <br />Newton, 8300 Fairchild. <br />Mr. Harrington stated that this estate had given land to the City <br />of Mounds View and recommended that such action be considered the <br />estate's portion of the park dedication fee. <br />
