~unds View City Council <br />gular Meeting <br />Page Thirteen <br />November 12, 1991 <br />REPORT OF ADMINISTRATOR: <br />1) Orduno asked that the Council set a public hearing on the <br />certification of delinquent utility bills and tree removal <br />charges to Ramsey County for collection with the 1992 property <br />taxes for 7:05 p.m. on December 23, 1991 and authorize staff <br />to send hearing notices to those persons. having delinquent <br />utility bills and/or tree removal charges. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to set a public hearing <br />on the Certification of Delinquent Utility Bills and Tree <br />Removal Charges to Ramsey County for Collection with the <br />1992 <br />2) Samantha Orduno reminded the general public of the upcoming budget <br />hearings by the city, county and state and encouraged everyone to <br />attend these hearings. <br />PORT OF STAFF: <br />ire Chief Ron Fagerstrom commented that it was refreshing to see, when <br />there is a conflict of interest situation, that the Mayor stepped down and <br />abstained from the vote. <br />Also, Fagerstrom commented on the proposal given by Samantha Orduno, City <br />Administrator, on the utilities, that it was good to see the City give the <br />pros and cons with regards to both alternatives. <br />All in all, Fagerstrom stated it was a very well handled, good Council <br />meeting. <br />REPORT OF ATTORNEY: No report <br />Mayor Linke announced that the next Council Work Session would be-held on <br />Monday, December 2, 1991 and the next Regular Council Meeting would be held <br />on Monday, November 25, 1991. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Linke adjourned <br />the meeting at 8:50 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Michele Severson <br />Deputy Clerk <br />• <br />
