• PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 9, 1991 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. <br />on Monday, September 9, 1991. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />ROLL CALL <br />• MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, Blanchard, Rickaby and <br />Mayor Linke. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Orduno, City Attorney ICarney <br />and City Planner Harrington <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 12, 1991, Regular Meeting - Councilmember <br />Blanchard noted that on page 9, paragraph 9 Gary Stevenson was mentioned <br />twice. The paragraph should read: Quick/Blanchard to approve the <br />appointment of Gary Stevenson to the Planning Commission and Richard Oman <br />and Gerald Rluethe to the Environmental Quality Task Force. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Quick to approve minutes of August 12, 1991 as <br />amended. <br />4 ayes 0 nays *1 abstention Motion Carried <br />August 26, 1991, Regular Meeting <br />MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Wuori to approve minutes of August 26, <br />1991. <br />4 ayes 0 nays *1 abstention Motion Carried <br />~ouncilmember Rickaby abstained from the vote because she had not <br />een present at either meeting. <br />
