• PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 13, 1992 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 p.m. <br />on Monday, April 13, 1992. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, Wuori, Rickaby and <br />Mayor Linke. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, Ric Minetor, <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer, Tim <br />Cruikshank, Management Assistant <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Wuori to approve March 23, 1992 <br />minutes as presented. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />1. Mayor Linke introduced Resolution No. 4214 Commending Mounds View High <br />School Girls Basketball Team for their Second Place Finish in the 1992 <br />State Tournament and asked if there was anyone in attendance to accept <br />the resolution.
