I was scheduled to be on vacation but will spend time going over <br />the petition that was brought in. Per the charter the City has <br />to respond to the petition in to days. Council should schedule <br />a special meeting date for September 2, 1992 to declare the <br />validity of the petition. <br />Mayor Linke stated that he would like to recommend Tim Smith, a former <br />police officer, to be a Golf Course Task Force Member representing the <br />residents at large.
