MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to adopt Resolution No. 4176 <br />Setting Water Rates Effective January 1, 1992 <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />2. MOTION/CARRIED: Wuori/Rickaby to adopt Resolution No. 4177 <br />Setting Sewer Rates Effective January 1, 1992 <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Tim Cruikshank, Management Assistant,. reviewed Staff Report <br />92-153C Regarding the 1992 Pay Equity Implementation Report. <br />Cruikshank reported that per Chapter 471.9981, Subdivision 5a <br />of the Local Government Pay Equity Act required that, <br />by January 21, 1992 each political subdivision had to submit <br />to the Commission (D.O.E.R.) an implementation report that <br />included a list of Pay Equity compliance requirements. <br />MOTION/ ECOND: Quick/Rickaby to approve the 1992 Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report and authorize its submission to the <br />Department of Employee Relations. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />4. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed <br />Staff Report No. 92-152C Regarding the Approval of Permanent <br />Easement for County Road J Along the Sysco Property. Minetor <br />explained that as part of the realignment of County Road J, <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires a permanent <br />easement along the south side of existing County Road J. Minetor <br />further explained that this easement would encumber the north 17 <br />feet of the Sysco parcel. Minetor stated that per the Redevelopment <br />Contract between the City and Sysco, the City must approve any partial <br />transfer of land. Minetor further stated that the City must execute <br />a "Consent of Mortgagee" form to be filed in Ramsey County. <br />
