Mounds View City Council Page Nine <br />~egular Meeting March 23, 1992 <br />Jim Everson, 860 North Albert, St. Paul, asked if this work in the <br />wetland area was tied in with the reconstruction of Long Lake Road. <br />Mayor Linke affirmed this question. <br />MOTIONJSECOND: Blanchard/Rickaby to approve Resolution No. 4200 <br />Approving a Wetland Alternation Permit for Ramsey County for Roadway <br />Fill Slopes Contingent Upon DNR Approvals <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Comments were made by the Council that this is the first surface <br />water quality improvement detention pond created by the City as <br />a part of the City's Surface Water Management Plan. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, read the proposed Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Councilmembers desired <br />removed. There were none to be removed. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Rickaby to adopt the Consent Agenda as <br />presented. <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />It was noted that Councilmember Quick stepped out for a moment <br />and was therefore not included in the vote. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br />1. Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed <br />Staff Report No. 92-206C regarding approval of new trunk Highway <br />10 construction. Minetor stated that the City received the final <br />plans and a copy of the proposal for the construction of Trunk <br />Highway 10 in Mounds View. These plans included the realignment <br />of County Road J between Knollwood and Xylite as well as some <br />construction at the junction of Long Lake Road and 85th Avenue. The <br />preliminary plans have previously been approved by the Council, but <br />a formal resolution is required for approval of the final plans. <br />MOTION/SECOND Wuori/Rickaby to adopt Resolution No. 4207 Approving <br />Plans and Specifications for Improvement of Trunk Highway No. 62 <br />Renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 10 <br />VOTE: 4 ayes 1 nay Motion Carried <br />:.
