Labor for the <br />department will be more than $1500. <br />Mr. Brager stated that he could address this issue in more detail. <br />Mr. Brager stated that he spoke with the City Utility Account regarding <br />the process of entering this information on the computer. Mr. Brager <br />explained the process to be followed and then indicated that the <br />street light utility administrative charge was $1750. <br />Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer stated that the <br />City has to test for copper and lead beginning July 1. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Rickaby to adopt Resolution No. 4236 Authorizing <br />the Billing of City Utility Customers for the State Mandated Water <br />Connection Surcharge <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />REPORTS• <br />Councilmember Wuori - Councilmember Wuori stated she was honored to <br />. have been present at the AMM Banquet where Mayor Linke was sworn in as <br />a member of the AMM Board. Wuori stated she learned a lot more about <br />the association at this banquet. Wuori stated that she hopes that. <br />legislative issues that they are working on to bring forth metropolitan <br />municipal problems are taken seriously. <br />Councilmember Wuori stated that she also attended the Ramsey County <br />Family Violence Meeting. The six month reported was presented and <br />gives a good start to what is going to continue as a five year program. <br />Anyone interested in family violence issues, please call City Hall or <br />Diane Wuori at home. <br />Councilmember Ouick - No report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard - No report. <br />Councilmember Rickabv - No report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had a question for Ric Minetor. Was there <br />any progress on the streetlight petition that she submitted two <br />weeks ago. <br />Ric Minetor stated that Tim Cruikshank, the Management Assistant, <br />takes care of streetlight petitions. Normally, it takes approximately <br />4 - 6 weeks for action. <br />• <br />
