COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> A. 7:05 p.m.Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance <br /> 853, Amending Title 1000 of the City Code (Building and Development <br /> Regulations). <br /> Community Development Director Roberts indicated this evening was the second reading for <br /> Ordinance 853. The first reading was held on January 10th and there was some discussion at that <br /> meeting regarding Section 1006. Staff has made the changes requested by the Council and <br /> recommended adoption of the Ordinance. <br /> Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Hearing no public input,Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Council Member Mueller questioned how contractors would be notified of the changes to the <br /> City's Ordinance. Community Development Director Roberts explained that the amended <br /> Ordinance would be placed on the City's website. <br /> III <br />
