Monday,May 23,2011, City Council Agenda. <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, May 23, 2011, agenda as <br /> presented. <br /> Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> Warren Johnson, 7710 Greenwood Drive, commented that the code enforcement sweep being <br /> completed on June 1st should address dandelions. He stated the dandelions should be seen as a <br /> weed and nuisance. He requested the City take action to address the concern of spreading weeds <br /> throughout the community. City Administrator Ericson indicated dandelions were a nuisance if <br /> they reach the eight inch height requirement. <br /> 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Presentation of the 2010 Annual Audit and Management Report by Aaron <br /> Nielsen, Principal from Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radesevich & Co., <br /> P.A. (MMKR) <br /> Aaron Nielsen, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radesevich & Co. (MMKR). He reviewed the <br /> 2010 Annual Audit and Management report with the Council in detail. Mr. Nielsen indicated the <br /> City was in great financial standing and asked for questions or comments from the Council. <br /> • Mayor Flaherty noted property taxes make up 70% of the City's general fund.
