PUBLIC INPUT <br /> None. <br /> 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Public Information Meeting for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program <br /> (SWPPP)—Nick DeBar <br /> Public Works Director DeBar presented the Council with updated information on the City's <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). He indicated the City was to hold a public <br /> informational meeting annually. Public Works Director DeBar reviewed the goals of the SWPPP <br /> program and control measures in detail. He explained the City has a new "Adopt a Rain Garden" <br /> program to assist with maintaining and beautifying these areas. <br /> Public Works Director DeBar noted the City was responsible for cleaning City sewer lines once a <br /> year, along with relining and televising various lines. He further reviewed the activities of the <br /> Public Works Department over the past year explaining how each activity affected the <br /> • stormwater system. <br />
