PUBLIC INPUT <br /> None. <br /> 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Dialogue with Senator Pam Wolf <br /> Senator Pam Wolf stated she has completed her first year as senator and updated the Council on <br /> the past session. She explained LGA would remain at the 2010 level and that market value <br /> credits were being changed to market value exclusions. Senator Wolf indicated she put together <br /> a bill for the Mounds View sound wall, which was not approved and would be resubmitted in <br /> 2012. She explained variance language was discussed arr.- recommendations were passed along <br /> to municipalities. <br /> Mayor Flaherty thanked the Senator for prole Iag a bill fog the sound wall in Mounds Vice,'.
