MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 3. ROLL CALL: Flaherty, Stigney, Hull,Mueller, Gunn. <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday,October 10,2011,City Council Agenda. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, October 10, 2011, agenda as <br /> presented. <br /> Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> Herb Zwirn, 7660 Greenfield Avenue, indicated he owned the property next to County Road I <br /> and Greenfield Avenue. He stated he has a fence around his property and the adjacent property <br /> has now placed a privacy fence along their property line. He expressed concern that the area <br /> between the fences was not being maintained. Mr.Zwirn requested action be taken by the City. <br /> City Administrator Ericson stated he would speak with Jeremiah Anderson regarding the <br /> concerns to ensure there is a resolution to the matter. <br /> 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Update from Ramsey County Sheriff Matt Bostrom <br /> Sheriff Matt Bostrom thanked the Council for the invitation to attend this evening's meeting and <br /> provided the Council with an update from the County. He explained in detail the many services <br /> and benefits the County was providing to come along side the City of Mounds View and their <br /> Police Department. Sheriff Bostrom was pleased with the City's Police Department and stated <br /> 11111 he would continue to partner with the agency to develop and reinvest in the community. <br />
